Membership

Membership is open to people over 18 years who can provide proof of Australian residence. To become a member of Dr What Video you need to provide two forms of identification. Our preferred combination is a New South Wales Driver’s Licence with your current address and a credit card.

However, if you don’t have one or either of these, please contact us to see if we can work out an alternative.

We regret that if you do not live in the Sydney eastern suburbs area, Dr What Video insists that you have a credit card to become a member.

The Platinum Club

Our Platinum Club allows you to borrow all your movies (including new releases and weeklies) for half price, every day.

That makes weekly DVDs $2.75 and new releases $3.50! Even your late fees are automatically halved if you’re a platinum member.

Membership costs are $29 for 6 months or $49 for a year.

Your Dr What!

Dr What is not just about us, it’s about you – our customers. Without you we wouldn’t have a business, although you wouldn’t think it the way we treat some of you (sorry).

Now we’re going to give you a chance to and tell us want you think, how can we do it better, and who knows, we may even take your suggestions on board… But don’t mention the parking – we can’t fix that!
